“Your consistency is your credibility.” These words, hiding in the back of my mind, come to the front anytime I feel like skipping a workout or publishing a post. My Mentor Sharran Srivatsaa is one of the most consistent people I know. Every morning he hosts a quick 5-minute call at 5am – daily! 

If that’s not consistent, I don’t know what is. 

The challenge with staying consistent is that sometimes we overcommit and then feel like a failure when we don’t achieve our goals.
